ok, whatever...

One of the headache. It is really hard to have a constructive class discussion when there are people from everywhere and there is no basic rules and principles. Because discussion is an interaction between people to create better knowledge, participants are expected to listen to others, respond to the opinions, and elaborate knowledge each of them has. When there is no rules or people ignore them if there are, that is just a talk which does not create anything but just fun.

Someone responded when I said like above. "What's wrong with me saying what I think?" Nothing's wrong if he shows his opinion and contribute others' learning. Everything's wrong if he ruins discussion by showing opinion at a wrong time, in a wrong attitude, and even worse about wrong topic. Discussion is not an exhibition of fabulous creative ideas but is an interaction of opinions so that we can create better knowledge and learn from each other.
